Following the conclusion of the meeting, you will be enrolled in an evaluation survey on OTA Education. You will receive an email letting you know once the evaluation survey is ready for you to complete. Login using your OTA.org username and password. After you complete the survey, you will be asked to claim the number of credits per sessions attended, and will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate will be available in your "My Certificates" tab for you to view or download at any time.
